We expect all of our volunteers to hold themslves to the highest standards.


<aside> 1️⃣ DO NOT harrass, haze, or bully any member of our organization. We are committed to maintaining a welcoming environment in which all interns are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

<aside> 2️⃣ DO NOT share any of our resources with individuals outside of Interns 4-Good. Students must be officially accepted before joining our Slack channel and gaining access to our exclusive volunteer opportunities.

<aside> 3️⃣ DO NOT neglect your responsibilities. Once you have signed up for a volunteer opportunity—whether it be an internship, tutoring program, or special initiative—we expect you to follow through on your commitment. Failure to do so not only reflects badly on you as an indidivual but also on our organization as a whole.

<aside> 4️⃣ DO NOT share information about volunteer opportunities not officially supported by Interns 4-Good with other interns. To ensure the quality and safety of such positions, they must first be vetted by members of our leadership team. Representatives of nonprofit organizations should visit the "Partners" page on our website for comprehensive instructions on how to officially request interns.

<aside> 5️⃣ DO NOT misuse the Slack channel. Avoid posting banned content, such as spam and inappropriate messages. When possible, try to post comments in the appropriate channel. For example, questions regarding internships should be posted in “internships” while short introduction messages should be shared in the “introductions.”

<aside> 6️⃣ DO NOT act on the behalf of Interns 4-Good without explicit permission from a leadership team member. Please refer any media or nonprofit contacts to our leadership team.

Failure to comply with this code of conduct will NOT be tolerated. Any intern discovered in violation of one or more of the rules outlined above will face consequences ranging from a temporary suspension of privileges to permanent expulsion from our organization.
